中文摘要 | 手外傷是常見的工業傷害,嚴重者可造成部分手截肢,不僅影響手功能也可能導致無法正常使用筷子。筷子從很久以前就是中國人就食的主要器具之一,也是中國的傳統文化,因此使用筷子進食對中國人非常的重要。我們報告一個個案因工作傷害導致其慣用手右手第三、四、五指截肢,僅剩拇指及食指,經過復健治療後,其日常生活活動的執行並無困難,也可以回到職場從事簡單工作,但因無法使用筷子進食而影響其自我形象,因此我們設計一特殊副木輔具,在副木上有一凸出的橫軸做為支點,幫助個案成功使用筷子進食,藉由副木的輔助,個案使用筷子的效率與正常人相當。 |
英文摘要 | Hand injury is a common industrial injury and its severity varies. Some may cause partial hand amputation. In severe hand injured cases, hand function is limited and hard to use chopsticks. Chopsticks are traditional utensils of Chinese people. It is not only a tool for feeding but also a part of traditional Chinese culture. Chopsticks are important for most Chinese people. To use chopsticks successfully, there must be at least three fingers which including the thumb. We reported a case of partial hand amputation. He lost his right middle, ring and small fingers from an industrial injury. After rehabilitation, he could do all activities of daily living smoothly and he could also do light jobs. Due to there was only thumb and index finger left, he could not use chopsticks. We prescribed a thermoplastic splint for him. He could use chopsticks successfully and efficiently with it with satisfaction. |
