中文摘要 | 為探討大蒜品種蒜胺酸含量、遺傳歧異度與園藝性狀之關係,利用分子標誌技術與主成分分析,以東亞地區所收集30個大蒜品種為材料進行試驗,結果顯示不同大蒜品種蒜胺酸含量介於10.6~19.5 mg.g^(-1) FW。以簡單重複序列間區分子標誌技術(SSR)進行多型性與群集分析,顯示在距離係數0.63時可分為2個群組,區別硬頸與軟頸品種大蒜。由9個園藝性狀特徵進行主成分分析,顯示地上部高度、葉長、葉寬、假莖徑及葉數等5項為主要特徵向量,次要特徵向量為生育日數、蒜球重量及花薹有無,利用群集分析可分為群組Ⅰ主要為硬頸蒜,群組Ⅱ為東南亞品種,群組Ⅲ及Ⅳ則無法歸納。由ISSR多型性條帶分析及園藝性狀主成分分析所繪製之聚類樹狀圖,顯示高與低蒜胺酸品種落於不同之聚類,說明大蒜遺傳歧異度及園藝性狀相近品種,蒜胺酸含量則未必趨近於相似水平含量。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the molecular markers and principal component analysis were utilized to identify the relationship of alliin contents, genetic diversity and horticultural characteristics among garlic cultivars, and the roles of genetic and horticultural characteristics relative to alliin contents were discussed. The alliin contents of the thirty garlic cultivars collected from Eastern Asia were between 10.6 and 19.5 mgg-1 FW, However, the alliin content was different among the cultivars. The results of polymorphic analysis by ISSR markers and UPGMA cluster analysis showed that all cultivars could be divided into two clusters that are hardneck and softneck at coefficient 0.63. Principal component analysis by 9 horticultural characteristics showed that the main eigenvalues were shoot height, leaf length, leaf width, diameter of pseudostem and leaf number, the minor eigenvalues are growth periods, bulb weight and existence of stalk. All cultivars are divided into 4 clusters by horticultural characteristics, in which the cluster I contains mainly hardneck cultivars, cluster II was south-east Asian cultivars, cluster III and cluster IV were not able to be classified. The results of principal component analysis by polymorphic ISSR markers and horticultural characteristics were not correlated with alliin contents. |
