| 中文摘要 | 本文主要研究抗風排氣筒的最佳化參數,所使用的燃氣為丙烷與丁烷。分析參數包括抗風排氣筒之出口口徑尺寸、擋板高度、斜板角度。為了了解燃燒時抗風能力,本文從事過剩空氣比、CO(廢氣)值及燃燒效率分析。就最大出口流量而言,當擋板與出口距離為37.14 mm,斜板角度為30度時,過剩空氣比最高,CO值最低,抗風能力最強,可惜熱效率較低。因此,在考慮燃燒效率又兼顧CO(廢氣)值符合CNS安全標準之狀況下,本文建議擋板角度為45度。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to study an optimization parameters of prevent air for the exhausted tube. The used liquefied natural gas are propane and butane. The desired analysis parameters are exhausted exit diameter, baffle plate height, oblique plate angle. In this paper to proceed the over air ratio, co value and combustion efficiency analysis in order to realize the prevent air capacity in the combustion state, For the maximum flow rate in the exit, the parameters are the distance between baffle plate and exit is 37.14 mm, the oblique plate angle is 30°, For the combustion state, the over air ratio is highest, co value is lowest, the prevent air is strongest, but the combustion efficiency is lower, when the distance between the baffle plate and exit is 37.14 mm, the oblique angle is 30°. Therefore, we suggest used the baffle angle is 45° in order to consider the best conditions state of the combustion efficiency, Co value and CNS safety standard. |
