中文摘要 | 本研究旨在發展一套感恩學習方案,並透過實驗研究來分析此一方案的實施成效。研究者採用不等的前測—後測控制組設計,以40名老年人為實驗對象,蒐集主觀幸福感、心理幸福感、社會幸福感、生命意義感之測量資料,然後以共變數分析處理資料。統計分析結果發現,感恩學習方案對老年人的主觀幸福感、心理幸福感、社會幸福感、生命意義感的提升皆有顯著的效果。根據這些主要研究發現,研究者對老年人的幸福感、生命意義感提升與未來研究提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this study were to develop gratitude learning program, and explore the effects of gratitude learning program. Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study, and we recruited a convenience sample including 40 elders to carry out experiment. These participants completed measures of subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being, and life meaning. The obtained data were analyzed by ANCOVA to examine effects. Results showed effects of gratitude learning program on elders' subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being, and life meaning are significant. Based on these results, the recommendations for the promotion of elders' subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being, life meaning and future research were submitted. |
