中文摘要 | 專案執行過程中變更事件的產生是無可避免,而且每一變更事件有可能造成工程工期延誤、成本提高或生產力降低等問題。過去已經有許多相關的工程變更管理等研究,這些研究都著重於正式的變更設計等議題,對於工程專案管理中產生的不屬於變更設計之專案變更事件較少有管理議題之探討。由於每個工程幾乎都有工程變更內容,這些內容雖然不足以成為變更設計,但對於所有的專案關係人都應該需要有效的管控。因此本研究主要針對不屬於正式變更設計之專案變更事件,提出工程變更管理方法與平台建置,希望能夠有效率地追蹤及控管工程施工階段之變更事件管理,讓專案成員有效地追蹤及應付工程專案最新改變,並利用本研究建置行動式變更管理平台在工地上直接追蹤管理機制管理及訊息傳遞給相關之負責單位,可以提升專案控管效能。同時本研究建置行動式專案式變更管理Mobile-based Change Issues Management (MCIM)系統,利用攜帶方便的平板電腦,工地現場工程師利用平板電腦在工地現場直接使用MCIM系統,可以有效地提高工程專案事件之變更管理,增加變更訊息傳遞和反應時間的靈活性。最後本研究將變更管理平台實際導入國內工程專案,探討其效益評估、遭遇問題及限制。 |
英文摘要 | Construction project change management attempts to reduce construction conflicts by sharing information among project participants through enhanced dynamic control and management of change-related information. However, most construction commerce project management software is currently unsuitable especially for the use of change management in construction sites. To improve the above problems, this study proposes a novel system called the Mobile-based Change Issues Management (MCIM) System for use by onsite engineers in construction sites. The MPCM system allows onsite engineers to share the newest change information efficiently among project participants in construction sites. Web-based technology integrated with a mobile device can effectively enhance information-sharing for construction change management during the construction phase. The main characteristic of the proposed MCIM system is designed and developed for the use of change management for onsite engineers in construction sites. The MCIM system is also applied to a selected case study involving a construction project in Taiwan to demonstrate the effectiveness of the change management strategy in construction sites. The advantages of the MCIM system are not only in improving construction change management efficiency for onsite engineers, but also in providing dynamic project tracking and management to enable project managers to understand the latest related change information during the construction phase. |
