中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要是在瞭解消費者對於比雅山景觀咖啡座的環境意象、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之影響,自然環境作為主要影響因子,是否會對顧客的滿意度與顧客忠誠度造成影響,進而改變消費者的購買行為。研究方式採便利抽樣,共發放問卷為500份,正式回收問卷為462份,回收率達92%。使用資料分析法為皮爾森積差相關與逐步迴歸分析。研究結果顯示:一、環境意象對顧客滿意度有正向影響力。二、環境意象對顧客忠誠度有正向影響力。三、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度有顯著正相關情形。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is understand the environmental image of Bayesian cafes, customer satisfaction and consumers loyalty. The natural environment as a major factor, whether it affect customers satisfaction and loyalty, thereby changing consumer buying behavior. Research is using in convenience sampling, questionnaires were distributed and 500 copies of questionnaires to 462 formal recovery rate was 92%. Data analysis is using in Pearson’s correlation, stepwise regression. The results show that: (1) Environmental Imagery can predicate customer satisfaction in the regression analysis. (2) Environmental Imagery can predicate customer loyalty in the regression analysis. (3) Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have significant positive correlation. |
