中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討高爾夫球服務品質相關研究之現況,透過內容分析法進行資料探討,研究範圍以台灣博碩士論文為主,共蒐集到59 篇高爾夫球相關研究相關文章。研究結果發現:高爾夫球服務品質之研究方法以問卷調查法最多、研究產出以碩士論文為主、研究人數以300 人最多、研究對象以消費者最多、研究地點以球場最多、研究設備以問卷最多。建議未來可再深入探討不同研究領域趨勢發展加以比較。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to discuss about our golf service quality-related current research through the content analysis method of study. Research scope Dissertations in Taiwan mainly collected a total of 59 golf service quality-related research articles, hoping to understand the current research trend in golf service quality. The mainly of research method is questionnaire investigation method, the minimal part is experiment method. The mainly research output is thesis. The maximum of research to the number is 300, the minimal part is 0.The mainly of research object is consumer, the minimal part is scholar. The mainly of research location is golf course, the minimal part is laboratory. The mainly of research equipment is questionnaire, the minimal part is literature. Suggest that the future research areas further into different trends can be compared. |
