英文摘要 | Roliball is a newly-created sport that represents a very important aspect of Chinese culture. The sport is unique because it is easy to learn and entertaining, but not constrained by a need for space. Roliball also offers health benefits because it can help students improve their cardiopulmonary functions, increase their sense of balance, and develop their physical self-concept. Additionally, it can help students to reduce stress and depression. By reviewing related studies, this article details techniques used in roliball, such as swinging, circular, twisting, and tossing movements. Gymnastic roliball is a simple sport with variable intensity, making it suitable exercise for students. An additional aim of this article was to provide a reference source for physical education teachers so they can create new programs and engage more students in this sport. |
