中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討不同層級男、女排球選手教練領導行為、團隊凝聚力與目標取向的差異情形。以288位(男138、女150)大學、高中職與國中排球運動選手為研究對象,以「教練領導行為」、「團隊凝聚力」與「目標取向」三個量表為研究工具,依研究目的進行描述統計及單因子多變量變異數分析等統計法分析。研究結果發現: 1.國中男子排球選手對教練「訓練與指導」的知覺顯著高於高中職與大學男子排球選手(P<.05)。2.國中男子排球選手的「工作取向」顯著高於高中職排球隊選手(P<.05)。3.國中女子排球選手對教練「訓練與指導」與「民主行為」的知覺顯著高於大學女子排球隊選手(P<.05);國中女子與高中職排球選手對教練「關懷行為」的知覺顯著高於大學女子排球隊選手(P<.05)。4.國中女子排球選手在團隊凝聚力的「團隊合作」、「團隊適應」與「人際親和」三個構面均顯著高於高中職與大學女子排球隊選手(P<.05);國中女子排球選手在團隊凝聚力的「人際吸引」構面的表現顯著高於高中職女子排球隊選手(P<.05)。5.國中女子排球選手的「工作取向」顯著高於大學女子排球隊選手(P<.05);且國中與高中職女子排球選手的「自我取向」顯著高於大學女子排球隊選手(P<.05)。 |
英文摘要 | This study is aimed to investigate the perceived diversities by volleyball players of different genders and age levels toward coach’s leading behavior, team cohesiveness, and goal orientation. Participants were 288 students from college, senior and junior high school (138 males and 150 females). Three scales about coach’s leading behavior, team cohesiveness, and goal orientation, were used to collect data and analyzed statistically with descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, etc. The research findings are as follows: 1. Male volleyball players in junior high scored significantly higher than those in senior high in perceived coach “training and guidance.” (P<.05) 2. Male volleyball players in junior high scored significantly higher than those in senior high in “goal orientation.” (P<.05) 3. Female volleyball players in junior high scored significantly higher than those in college in terms of coach’s “training and guidance” and “democratic behavior” (P<.05); Female volleyball players in both junior and senior high scored significantly higher than those in college in terms of coach’s “caring behavior.” (P<.05) 4. Female volleyball players in junior high scored significantly higher than those in both senior high and college in three team cohesiveness aspects: “team cooperation”, “team adaptation” and “interpersonal congeniality”. Female volleyball players in junior high scored significantly higher than those in college in “work orientation” (P<.05); Female volleyball players in junior high and senior high scored significantly higher than those in college in “self orientation” (P<.05). |
