中文摘要 | 教案格式參照台灣醫師執照考試之客觀結構式臨床測驗格式撰寫。課程規劃包含 三部份,第一部份為開場及各領域分享資訊,第二部份為4段課前錄製的影片觀摩, 第三部份為雙向回饋與綜合討論。以後測筆試正確率達80%且完成課程滿意度問卷為 評核標準。結果顯示課後教師、學員、實習生皆達筆試目標,且自評能在骨鬆骨折病 人跨領域照護團隊扮演稱職專業角色的自信心皆有成長。與會人員認為課程以擬真情 境的方式進行有助於提昇學習成效,對教案整體滿意度達91%。教案透過擬真來重現 臨床情境,可提供學員反覆練習的機會,並讓學員熟悉工作所需的團隊技能,具體學 習和體驗醫療團隊合作的重要性。 |
英文摘要 | To improve the competency of health professionals to work more effectively as a part of a medical team, four simulation-based scenarios that require interprofessional collaboration were developed. The format was based on the Taiwan National Medical Licensure Examination Part 2 (objective structured clinical examination, OSCE).All participants passed a written examination at the end of the curriculum. The feedback from the post-simulation questionnaire was positive. After participation in the simulation exercise, all participants feel more confident to work as a part of an interprofessional medical team and over 90% of participants expressed that they were highly satisfied with the curriculum. Simulation training offers an excellent opportunity for health professional to enhance communication skills, understand and practice the importance collaborative patient-centered care. |
