中文摘要 | 目的:為協助目前醫療專業繼續教育之重點課目「跨領域團隊合作照護教育」又稱「專業間教育」的教學,建立學生對「領導」、「溝通」、「守望」、「相助」四種策略工具的基本觀念,本院以產科臨床實例拍攝的一段教學輔助影片,來協助解決昔日純以講授說明常遭致難以透徹了解的問題,並以學生之反應來評估此影片輔助教學之成效。方法:選取60位於本院實習的醫學生,以教學影片輔助「醫療團隊資源管理與跨領域團隊合作照護」之教學,並以調查問卷評估反應。問卷共有5題結構式問項,採用李克特量尺由【非常同意】至【非常不同意】之5分法來評估,另1題為開放式問項。結果:根據結構式問項的回答顯示出教學輔助影片的價值;此外,開放式回饋也提出了正面的高度評價。結論:透過本影片輔助教學可達成讓學生了解「跨領域團隊合作照護」之重要性以及熟悉策略工具之基本觀念的成效,以為爾後「專業間教育」奠定基礎。 |
英文摘要 | Objectives. An educational video demonstrating an exemplary obstetric clinical operation was shown in a class in ”interdisciplinary collaborative care education (ICCE)” also known as ”interprofessional education,” ICCE is a current critical topic of continuing medical education. The course focuses the basic concept of strategies and tools of leadership, communication, situation monitoring, and mutual support, all topics difficult to understand through oral lectures alone. An evaluation of the reactions of the learners were evaluated to assess the effectiveness of this video-assisted course.Methods. All medical students serving as residents in our hospital were required to attend a course in ”team resource management and interdisciplinary collaborative care,” which would be taught with the aid of a teaching-assisted video starting September 2011. At the end of course, 60 of those medical students were selected to answer a questionnaire that contained six question items including five structure questions based on Likert scale and one open question.Results. The video presentations were found to be valuable in both the structured questions and the open question.Conclusion. Student' understanding of the importance of ”the interdisciplinary collaborative care” and familiarity with the basic concept of the strategies and tools can be effectively achieved through this video assisted teaching program. We concluded that this approach can be used in the future to impart knowledge in ”the interprofessional education.” |
