中文摘要 | 高速滾珠螺桿精密定位的達成必須藉由預壓力之施加方可達成,然而在高速條件下,磨損將增加滾珠與軌道接觸面之間隙,導致預壓力下降,當預壓力下降至原先設定值30%時,即代表滾珠螺桿使用壽命終了。目前業界所使用之壽命預估公式,只考量額定負荷對材料疲勞壽命之影響,並以安全因子來涵蓋磨損與腐蝕等因素,並無法對於滾珠螺桿使用壽命進行完整評估。本研究建立一套包含負載、轉速、軌道表面形貌與磨耗對於高速滾珠螺桿預壓力降低之影響理論分析模型,清楚分析出在各種條件下滾珠螺桿各元件之運動與受力之關係,藉由實機測試得到預壓力隨著各項操作參數與使用里程數變化曲線,並能與理論分析結果互相驗証。 |
英文摘要 | Accuracy positioning can be reached by the applied preload of a ball screw. But wear will increase the backlash between ball and raceway when operating at high speed. This lets the applied preload decreasing with the wear depth. When the decrease is over 30% of its setting value, the using life is end. The influence of rating load is commonly considered in estimating material fatigue life for using life of ball screw of industry. The safety factors are also used for including the other affecting factors, as wear and corrosion. This method cannot well define the using life of a ball screw. The contribution of the research is in building a well model to find out the influences of load, rotational speed, topography of raceway and wear to the decrease of preload. It will clearly obtain kinematic and force relations of components in a ball screw, and wear depth affect contacting and motion behaviors. The experiments are considered in obtaining the applied preload varying with operating coefficients and using distance. Data of experiment and analyzing results will be confirmed with each other and a life estimation model of ball screw is obtained. |
