| 中文摘要 | 在3D列印樹脂砂模技術上,噴射黏結劑液滴黏結矽砂顆粒的範圍,會受到黏結劑的物理性質(例如:黏度、密度、表面張力)以及多孔隙矽砂床的物理性質(例如:顆粒大小、堆積密度、顆粒形貌)等影響,而改變樹脂砂模的強度以及甚至造成列印砂模的缺陷;3D列印樹脂砂模過程中,連續噴射樹脂黏結劑液滴在多孔隙矽砂層內部流動的行為,因噴射參數的調整,例如液滴的大小以及噴射距離,來觀察黏結劑所能擴散黏結之最大範圍及外型,探討是否有部分砂顆粒未能確實黏結造成砂模黏結上的缺陷,利用數值模擬軟體(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD),來建立不同的實驗參數來模擬,藉由實驗與模擬數據互相驗證,來探討對於連續噴墨液滴於砂床滲透之流動行為。並獲得連續噴射之最佳間段時間以及噴墨距離。 |
| 英文摘要 | In 3D printing technology for resin bonded sand molding, adhesive inkjet on silica sand bed and their penetration range within sand particles influenced by the physical properties of resin binder (such as: viscosity, density, surface tension) and porous silica sand bed (for example: particle size, bulk density, particle shape). These properties affect the strength of the resin bonded sand mold and even cause the defected sand molds. In this study, double resin droplet impact on a porous silica sand bed and their diffusion behavior within the porous media was simulation by commercial Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) package. Various droplet sizes and gap distance between two droplets were adopted for simulation. The simulated results were verified by the experimental data. The maximum extent and shape of resin penetration in the sand bed closely affected the strength of sand mold. The optimized droplet size and the gap distance between two droplets are suggested in this study. |
