中文摘要 | 背景:運動對本體感覺的議題逐受到重視與關注,但過去研究主要著重在運動傷害後的治療與復健方面。本體感覺評估方式有:位置對照覺(Position matching task)、重新復位覺(Repositioning task)、位置覺(Position sense)、反應角度(Reaction angle)和力量覺(Force Sense)。先前文獻推測,離心運動後可能會造成肌梭、肌腱受傷,進而導致本體感覺無法精準控制肢體的判斷。然而,目前文獻還不清楚離心運動引起本體感覺之影響的機轉。目的:針對單回合與兩回合離心運 動對本體感覺的影響與可能機轉,進行相關文獻探討與分析,進而提出一些未來研究方向。希望透過本文的介紹與探討,可以提供相關人員從事運動訓練時,做為預防運動傷害之參考,也可做為運動員復健的參考方式之一。能讓讀者瞭解本體感覺相關知識,並提出一些研究方向,給對此研究議題有興趣者參考。 |
英文摘要 | Background: The issue of exercise on proprioception has been getting concerned; however, previous study only focused on treatment and rehabilitation after sport injuries. Methods of Proprioceptive Assessment are: 1) Position Matching, 2) Repositioning Task, 3) Position Sense, 4) Reaction Angle, and 5) Force Sense. According to assumption by previous studies, Eccentric Exercise (ECC) may cause muscle spindles and tendon injury which may have further negative impact on patient’s limbs controlling; however, current studies still cannot clearly define proprioceptive impact of ECC caused by possible mechanisms. Purpose: The study was to review and focus on the effects and possible mechanisms of Single bout and two bout ECC influence on proprioception providing some possible directions for future research. Through our study, we expect that our study can be considered as valuable reference data/rehabilitation method by people who involved in sports training or athletes. Furthermore, we would like to deliver further understanding regarding Proprioception and to provide potential directions to people interested in ECC on Proprioception Measure. |
