中文摘要 | 近年來,為了因應即將上映的「十二年國教」,各界在恐慌之餘,許多教學者開始省思,針對自己的教學進行大改革。本研究由探討台灣教育困境出發,再以美國、日本等國家為範例,透過文獻收集與彙整;歸納分析並深入探討近年來美國之教育趨勢和日本新教學趨勢;以及台灣如何借鏡其它國家的方式來翻轉教育。經研究發現:1.現今美國普遍運用數位網路作為教學媒材,並有實質上的成效。2.日本推行「學習共同體」,改變教學策略,讓「教」與「學」達到最大效益。3.目前台灣,許多老師讓教學跳脫以往傳統的純講述方式,絞盡腦汁,用創新多元的教學方法,讓教學變有趣,學習更有效率。藉此提供台灣教育者參考;使教學者活化教學品質與績效,使學生學習更具實用與創意的價值,培育更優異的社會人才。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, as the soon to be launched "twelve-year public education program" causes panicky responses from different sectors of society, many educators begin reflecting on and reforming their educational approaches. This study will start from examining Taiwan's education dilemma and provide thorough research and indepth analysis of the recent education trends in the United States and Japan, and eventually look at how Taiwan could learn from their experiences: 1. In the United States, the Internet is now widely used as a teaching medium and has produced substantial results. 2. Japan's implementation of the "learning community" reinvents teaching strategies and helps teachers and students achieve their maximum potentials. 3. At present, many Taiwanese educators try to break away from the traditional way of simply tell about things; instead, they adopt diverse and innovative teaching methods to make teaching more interesting and learning more effective. This study aims to offer reference to Taiwanese educators, to activate their performance in teaching more practical and creative values to cultivate more talents for the society. |
