中文摘要 | 近年來文化觀光逐漸受到政府與地方的重視,對台南市而言文化產業中的「老屋欣力」不但能吸引人潮、創造觀光產值,更是促進五條港文化園區整體觀光產業發展的重要因素之一。本研究以五條港文化園區內之八處「老屋欣力」為例,應用魅力工學之評價構造法探討消費者對於「老屋欣力」的認知與偏好,並釐清吸引「老屋欣力」的魅力屬性。研究結果中歸納出「老屋欣力」的魅力因素(原始理由)主要區分為七大構面:(一)地域環境、(二)建築外觀、(三)室內設計、(四)室內擺設、(五)空間氛圍、(六)店內商品、(七)材料,同時,亦提出其具體事項的特徵與情感因子,可作為後續文化創意產業經營者和設計師在場域規劃設計與經營之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, cultural tourism was gradually subjected by the government and local community. For the cultural industry in Tainan city's, "Old House New Life " is one of the important factors not only attracted crowds and increasing value, but also improving tourism industry for development to Old Five Channels Cultural Zone. The purpose of this study was to explore consumer awareness to the attractiveness of "Old House New Life". In order to achieve the purpose stated, Miryoku Engineering Evaluation Grid Methods was applied to analyze and conclude the main points for attractiveness of "Old House New Life" from 8 cases of "Old House New Life" in Old Five Channels Cultural Zone. The results of this study show 7 factors (the original reason) that might be the main attractiveness of "Old House New Life". They are: (i) the geographical environment, (ii) building exterior, (iii) interior design, (iv) interior decoration, (v) space atmosphere, (vi) store merchandise, (vii) material. These points above that might be new and helpful in explaining how to work by applying the ideas and theories outlined for old house owners or for people in the field of Design. |
