中文摘要 | 血品照射儀為輸血前對輸血血品照射一定程度劑量的放射線儀器,在國內已漸漸取代傳統使用直線加速器或鈷-60 遠隔治療機來執行血液照射作業,目的在輸血前以放射線將血液成份中會造成輸血後移植物反宿主反應的 T 細胞淋巴球去活化,在劑量量測中將使用聚合膠片和核能研究所提供的丙胺酸劑量計,兩者皆照射臨床使用劑量 25 Gy,將量測結果進行二維劑量分布比較,在丙胺酸劑量計最大劑量為 29.33 Gy,最小劑量為 23.32 Gy,平均劑量為 26.6±2.04 Gy,聚合膠片所量測的最大劑量為 28 Gy,最小劑量為 21.5 Gy,平均劑量為 25±2.45 Gy,丙胺酸劑量計和聚合膠片兩者的上、下端劑量皆小於等於中間劑量,左、右端劑量皆大於中間劑量,兩者結果比較最大差異為 5.06%,其結果皆符合血品照射儀的劑量限值,本研究使用之劑量技術可使用於例行品保作業有效測知血品照射儀之功能異常,做及時之修正確保劑量之正確性,可供其他有此需求的醫院作為參考,以滿足臨床應用之需求。 |
英文摘要 | In order to inactivate the T-cell lymphocytes, we always use radiation to expose blood bags. Because T-cell lymphocytes may cause Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD) in some patients with AIDS or cancer. Many years ago, it is general method to irradiate blood bags by using linear accelerator or Cobalt-60 tele-therapy machine. Recently, linac or Cobalt-60 tele-therapy machine are replaced by blood irradiator. The aim of this study is to use EBT film and alanine dosimeter to measure radiation dose irradiated from the blood irradiator and evaluate their performance. EBT films and alanine dosimeter were irradiated 25 Gy. The results were compared in 2-D dose distribution. The maximum dose are 29.33Gy and 28.0Gy, minimum dose are 23.32 Gy and 21.5 Gy, mean dose are 26.6±2.04 Gy and 25±2.45 Gy in EBT film and alanine dosimeter, respectively. In results, the bottom dose of 2D dose distribution in alanine dosimeter and EBT film are less than o equal the mean doses. The left and right end doses were greater than the mean dose. The difference of two dosimeters was 5.06%. The radiation dose which measured by EBT and alanine dosimeter represented dosage released by the blood irradiator was within effective range to inactivate the T-cell lymphocytes. We conclude EBT films are as effective as alanine dosimeter in measuring dose of radiation by blood irradiator. |
