中文摘要 | 近幾年來國軍軍事現代化受惠於新式模式模擬(M&S)技術所帶來的經濟、安全、不受天候場地限制等優點,相關聯合作戰訓練已日漸規模且具成效,而美軍最新合成化訓練環境(Live, Virtual and Constructive Training Environment, LVCTE)近來即在新一代高階模擬架構(High Level Architecture, HLA)演進下,整合各式網路,包含有線網路(Wired Network)及無線網路(Wireless Network),將實兵作戰(Live)系統、模擬(Virtual)系統與兵棋(Constructive)系統等皆整合在共同之訓練戰場內,遂行三軍聯合作戰訓練的新興研究議題。本研究目標即以擴大現有指、管、通、資、情、監、偵(C4ISR)系統效益為出發點,打破傳統主從式系統架構,運用高階模擬架構(HLA)與訊息導向中介層(Message Oriented Middleware),提出一套實際可用於現代化合成化訓練環境的適地性服務(Location Based Service, LBS)之聯戰資訊協調平台,希望能透過所設計的平台讓作戰人員得以在任意的位置提供作戰人員所需要的適性作戰資訊服務,讓作戰人員之間以及所使用作戰設備(包含各式武器載具、行動設備或是智慧型載具等)得以透過適地性服務(LBS)進行多層次的溝通,以期透過本研究與探討,提供國軍建置新式合成化訓練環境之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Because the benefits of economy, safety and the restriction of weather and location from modeling and simulation technique, the joint operation training simulation in Taiwan military modernization work has gradually become mature and effective recently. Meanwhile, US military’s simulation training environment has evolved with the evolution of High Level Architecture (HLA) specification to successfully wired and wirelessly integrated live, virtual, and constructive simulation systems into a common training scenario, also known as Live, Virtual and Constructive Training Environment (LVCTE), in the recent years. Hence, how to achieve the joint operation training exercises throughout Army, Air Force and Navy has become a popular research topic nowadays. This paper is focused on how to extend the efficiency of current Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance(C4ISR) systems. The proposed system adopts HLA standard and Message Oriented Middleware(MOM) technique to design a joint operation training message coordination platform that meets the nature of Location Based Service(LBS) of the modern synthetic training environment. The proposed platform allows combat personnel to receive as well as to provide the adaptive combat information from/to other combat personnel at any location covered by the wireless signals. It enables combat personnel and their equipment (including various weapons, mobile and smart carriers etc.) to communicate through LBS model. The goal of this research attempts to provide the experiences and parameters for the military to buildthe modern synthetic training environment. |
