中文摘要 | 烟氣膨脹機組(Expander)將再生器下游端高温烟氣之壓力能及熱能回收,為媒裂製程設備中重要核心設備之一,本文主要探討膨脹機組葉片常遭遇到之問題,包含細觸媒沉積問題(Deposition)、沖蝕問題(Erosion)及高溫腐蝕(Hot Corrosion)等問題,並就某膨脹機組,先後兩次發生動葉片斷裂問題,分析其斷裂原因,探討其葉片壽命受操作環境變化的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The flue gas expander operated in both corrosive and erosive environments, is a key equipment of a power recovery system of the fluid catalytic cracking unit. This article discussed the failure causes often occurred on the turbine blades, including catalyst deposition, erosion and hot corrosion problems. In addition, the broken rotor blades of an expander which have failed twice over 10 year period of operation were investigated. Crack origin detection, fracture surface and microstructure examination, and chemical analysis were carried out by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and EDS. The flue gas composition which affected rotor blades life of expander was studied in this article. |
