| 英文摘要 | Drawing upon social activation theory, this study is to propose and test a model of the mechanisms through which abusive supervision affects employees’ creativity. Based on two-wave survey data from a Chinese manufacturing firm, we propose that (1) there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between abusive supervision and employee creativity, (2) Hope moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between abusive supervision and employee creativity. This study provides new insights into the research on abusive supervision. |
