中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討高中棒球選手的睡眠品質現況,結果將提供高中棒球教練訓練上之參考。以261位高中棒球選手為研究對象(平均年齡16.5±3.8歲、身高176.2±6.2公分、體重73.4±9.4公斤),研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、單因子變異數、HSD多重比較等統計方法進行比較,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、全體受試者BMI指數在23.6±2.5(kg/m^2),平均運動年齡7.3±1.7年,每週訓練6.1±0.9次,每次訓練5.7±0.8小時,訓練強度在75%。二、睡眠品質良好(PSQI≤5)的比率為54.4%,睡眠品質不佳(PSQI>5)的比率唯45.6%。三、在睡眠品質七大構面中,全體選手在睡眠效率(92.3%)、睡眠時間(75.1%)及藥物使用(96.2%)上好的比率較高,但在睡眠潛伏期(69.3%)、睡眠困擾(96.6%)、自評睡眠品質(85.4%)與白天功能(90.4%)上不好的比率較高。本研究結果發現:高中棒球選手在自我評估睡眠困擾與白天功能項目上與整體睡眠品質總分結果有較大的落差,是否因長期訓練所帶來的疲憊和壓力有關,是未來研究的方向。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the sleep quality of the high school baseball player. The results of this study that can provide parameters of high school baseball training. 261 high school baseball players (average age 16.5±3.8 years, 176.2±6.2 cm, and 73.4±9.4 kg). Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used for evaluation the sleep quality. Data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, single factor, and HSD multiple comparison. The significance different is α=.05. The results were as follows: (1). BMI 23.6±2.5(kg/m^2), average exercise age 7.3±1.7 years, weekly training times 6.1±0.9, each training 5.7±0.8 hours, training intensity 75%. (2). The ratio of good sleep quality (PSQI≤5) is 54.4%, poor sleep quality (PSQI>5) is 45.6%. (3). In seven faces of sleep quality: sleep efficiency (92.3%), sleep time (75.1%) and drug use (96.2%) has a higher percentage than sleep latency (69.3%), sleep disturbance (96.6), self- assessment sleep quality (85.4%), and daytime function (90.4%). The study shown that high school baseball players in the self-assessment of sleep disturbance and daytime function has a larger difference with total sleep quality score, whether due to long-term training bring fatigue and stress. This result can be used for further researching. |
