中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討逢甲大學運動代表隊選手睡眠品質之現況,結果將提供各代表隊教練未來在訓練上之參考。以逢甲大學2015年運動代表隊269位選手為研究對象,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、卡方檢定、單因子變異數與HSD多重比較等方法,顯著水準定為α = .05。結果:一、逢甲大學運動代表隊選手每週訓練3.4 ± 1.3次、每次4.7 ± 1.4小時、訓練強度為中高強度。二、男性選手睡眠總分為6.2 ± 2.6分、女性選手為6.0 ± 2.2分。三、PSQI ≦ 5分的比率男性選手為45%,女性選手為51%。四、有46.8%的選手睡眠時間在7小時以上,7小時以下的有53.2%。五、睡眠時數與睡眠總分比較上有顯著差異(p < .05)。結論:逢甲大學運動代表隊選手平均睡眠總分為6.2 ± 2.5分,顯示選手的睡眠品質普遍不佳,而女性選手的睡眠品質較男性選手好;睡眠時數與睡眠總分有顯著的相關,因此,運動代表隊教練未來在擬定訓練計畫時,應可將睡眠時數與睡眠品質納入計畫擬定之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the sleep quality in the varsity team athletes of the Feng Chia University. The results can be as the training reference in the further exercise training. 269 varsity team athletes of the Feng Chia University were participating in 2015. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used for evaluating the sleep quality. Data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and HSD multiple comparisons, significance different is α=.05. The results are as follows: (1). 3.4 ± 1.3 training times each week in Feng Chia University athletes, 4.7 ± 1.4 hours each time, middle training strength. (2). Sleep score is 6.2 ± 2.6 in male athletes, 6.0 ± 2.2 in female athletes. (3). PSQI ≦ 5 in 45% male athletes and 51% female athletes. (4). Sleep time is above 7 hours in 46.8% athletes. 53.8% is under 7 hours. (5). There are significantly different in sleep time and sleep score (p < .05). Conclusions: The average of sleep score is 6.2 ± 2.5 and sleep quality is poor in Feng Chia University varsity team athletes. In sleep quality, female athletes are better than male athletes. There are significance different in sleep time and sleep score. Therefore, university varsity coach should to reference the sleep time and sleep quality in the future training programs. |
