中文摘要 | 本研究是探討考生在甄選入學或求職者在企業面試時,所必須注意的重要事項,並將其寫成15條「教戰守則」,分為1.審查資料準備、2.面試問題因應,及3.面試實戰須知等三方面加以介紹。事實上,在資料準備工作方面(如履歷表、自傳、成績單、證照等),無論是考生或求職者必須交代的內容大多數均相同,因此可以相互借鏡。在面試時兩者會遇到的問題多數也很類似,當然也有部份差異之處值得注意;畢竟考生參加甄試是為了學業,而求職者參加面試是為了職業,兩者的目的並不相同。無論如何,只要依照本研究所提示的「教戰守則」充分準備,那麼成功錄取的可能性是很高的。 |
英文摘要 | This study summarized important guiding principles for students and job seekers in preparation for admission by recommendation and screening audition or employment qualification. These strategic methods and steps have been organized into a list of 15 "Fighting Tips" including information preparation, interview questions and answers, and interview tactics. In gathering information for university (including graduate and undergraduate admissions by recommendation and screening audition) entrance application or job application, the procedures are similar in the following: preparing resume, autobiography, transcript, licenses, etc. During the in-person interview, many questions and tactics are also common between university entrance selection and job qualification. On the other hand, beware of the differences between the two since the goal settings are different from the beginning. Nonetheless, following the guiding principles offered by this paper and practice diligently will lay a solid foundation for achieving the goal of winning the job or matriculation. |
