中文摘要 | 社會資本(Social Capital, SC)對組織而言是一項非常重要的智慧資本,組織或個人若能透過緊密、 有效的社會互動,彼此在專業領域上互相分享其知識,則必定能夠增加組織與個體間知識交流的效率、 深度及廣度。本研究主要是從社會資本觀點探討大學學生使用即時通訊 LINE進行知識分享行為,瞭 解台灣的大學學生知識分享意向,並探討其中影響知識分享態度與知識分享意向的關鍵因素與相關問 題,並針對問題提出精進建議,期能提供 LINE使用者之參考,增進其社群之效益。本研究以科技接 受模式(Theory of Acceptance Model, TAM)為基礎,加入社會資本理論(Social Capital Theory, SCT)觀 點,做為使用 LINE進行知識分享意向之研究架構,透過問卷調查收集台灣的大學休管系學生477份樣 本數,採用統計軟體 SPSS與 AMOS對資料進行分析與驗證。研究結果發現社會資本、知覺易用性、 知覺有用性影響知識分享態度;知識分享意向會受到知識分享態度之影響。將研究結果提供研究者與 大學同學使用即時通訊 LINE進行知識分享未來學術研究與實務管理上之建議,期能有效提昇使用即 時通訊 LINE進行知識分享之可行性與實用性。 |
英文摘要 | Social capital (SC) is a very important intellectual capital for the organization. If organizations or individuals through close and effective social interaction with each other to share their knowledge on a professional field, it will be able to increase the efficiency, depth and breadth of knowledge between the communication of organizations and individuals. This study probes into current recreation and leisure knowledge sharing of university students in Taiwan by LINE from social capital aspect, and explores the key factors and related issues of knowledge sharing attitude and behavioral intention. Based on the results, it proposes suggestions for the problems as reference for LINE users to enhance the effectiveness of community participation. Based on the Theory of Acceptance Model (TAM) and Social Capital aspect as the framework. Through questionnaire survey, it collected 477 samples from Department of Leisure and Recreation Management in university of Taiwan, constructed data files, and performed statistical analysis by SPSS and AMOS. After validating the hypotheses, this study found that social capital, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly and positively influence attitude toward knowledge sharing. Attitude toward knowledge sharing significantly and positively influence behavioral intention to share knowledge. The findings can serve as references for recreation and leisure knowledge sharing through using LINE, thus improving the feasibility and practicability to share knowledge of recreation and leisure by LINE. |
