中文摘要 | 近年來大學生人數越來越多,但畢業後失業率卻節節升高;同樣地,資訊管理學系之學生也面臨 後續就業之問題,甚至有學非所用之憾。本研究由職能分析方法,透過「知識、技能、能力與特質」 等職能需求因素,針對產業需求之人才,以實踐大學高雄校區資訊管理系在校生84位與畢業生60位為 問卷調查對象,應用投票式層級分析法評估企業所需之資訊管理人才所應具備之4項主要與20項次要關 鍵成功職能,做為職能課程設計,課程地圖與持續改善之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, university students are more and more sustained increase but the unemployment rate has been rising after graduation. Similarly, the students of information management have been also facing the problem of employment and learned nothing to do with jobs. In this study, the competency-based process methodologies are combined to assess the requirements of information management talent, through the Knowledge, Skill, Ability and Others-Personal Characteristics (KSAOs). This study takes the Information Management Department at the Shih Chien University Kaohsiung Campus as an example. These questionnaires will be requested to answer by 84 senior students and 60 graduates and use the vote-ranking analytic hierarchy process (VAHP) method to evaluate and calculate the weights of success factors for job occupation or employment. We find out and rank four main critical successful competencies (CSCs) and twenty sub-CSCs as the references to competence-based courses, curriculum mapping, and continuous improvement. |
