| 中文摘要 | 民國 91~93年,我們先後執行中醫臨床教學前導計畫、中醫臨床試辦計畫和建構中醫整體教學體系計畫,已建立一套完整的臨床教學體系。94-97年我們分別執行過許多中醫臨床教育訓練改善計畫,每年完成 160-200人次之相關教學訓練,具有豐富之中醫教學經驗。本院每年都有新進住院醫師和 60-70位的中醫實習醫師,教學對象眾多。本院中醫部主治醫師七成以上有部定講師以上的教師資格,此外本校中醫學院有充足的教學師資可支援,又本院每年有 110-130萬人次的門診病患,也有約 1,000人次的西醫住院患者會診中醫,以及近 30年的中醫門診與會診教學經驗,所以本院是中醫臨床教學訓練的優良環境。 本研究計畫的目的是利用本院中醫臨床教學訓練的優良環境和經驗,進行中醫臨床模擬示範教學多媒體之製作,藉此達到提昇中醫臨床教學品質、增進中醫師執業素質及中醫的醫療服務品質,同時也可藉以提升民眾中醫就醫及中藥用藥的安全性。結果中醫各科完成該科常見並富教學價值疾病之 PBL教案的編寫,內容包括臨床教學時須注意之事項、教學醫師之診療流程、醫病關係之互動方式、教學者與受教醫師間之教學互動模式、教學者之臨床思路包括診斷和治療,達到被教學者如何認識疾病、診斷疾病、辨別疾病和治療疾病的目標。另外,將上述內容拍攝成多媒體影音光碟,同時也完成中醫門診、會診常見疾患臨床教學時須注意事項之蒐集及中醫 MiniCex模擬演練之示範多媒體影音光碟的拍攝。 我們確信因本計畫的完成對中醫實習醫師、住院醫學教學品質的提升,非常有助益。 |
| 英文摘要 | From 2002 to 2004, our team had been finished pilot plan of Chinese Medicine (CM) clinical teaching, experimental basis plan of CM clinical teaching and establishment of clinical teaching system. From 2005 to 2008, our team finished improvement plan of CM clinical teaching, respectively, and accomplished 160-200 person-time clinical training that is related to the CH residents, internship and clerkship per year in our hospital. Therefore, our team is abundant experience for CM teaching. Our team has many teaching subjects because our hospital has new residents and 60-70 internship of CM every year. Above 70% of attending doctor has lecture qualification in the CM department of our hospital. In addition, there are many professor doctor may support our team teaching from the college of CM of our university. The OPD patients are about 1100~1300 thousand person-time in CM department of our hospital, and 1000 person-time Western Medicine in-patients consulting CM, and our hospital has 30 years CM teaching experience. Therefore, our hospital is a good environment for CM clinical teaching training. The purpose of the present study is to utilize good CM teaching environment and experience of our hospital to perform medium imitational demonstrate teaching of CM. Thus, the present study can promote the teaching quality of CM, and enhancing the quality of CM doctor for good clinical service. In addition, the present study also may promote the safety for the people receive medical and Chinese herbs treatment. Results indicated that the present study had finished manuscript of problem-based learning (PBL) in the division of Chinese Medicine department. The teaching program included attentive issues of clinical teaching, diagnostic procedure of disease, mutual relationship between doctor and patient, and between teacher and student. The thinking process of clinical teacher included diagnosis and treatment of disease to attain the target that the student is able to comprehension, diagnosis, and discrimination of disease. In addition, the manuscript of PBL is making to DVD video, and also collected simultaneously the attentive issues of common disease in the out-patient and consulting patients of Chinese Medicine and MiniCex DVD video also was made. We confirm that the results of the present study may promote the teaching quality of internship and resident doctors. |
