中文摘要 | 研究目的:據估計全世界練習太極拳的人超過一億人。太極拳運動不受時間約束,不受空間太大限制,不需設備,不費金錢,且運動傷害很少,適合推廣作為國民的健身運動,尤其適合於中老年人。對於老年人口持續成長、醫療支出不斷增加的國家,太極拳作為社區預防醫學、防止老化與復健等多方應用頗具潛力。但是,有關太極拳健身效果的科學研究仍相當缺乏。本研究希望建立太極拳的科學實證基礎,找出各種動脈脈搏波訊號在時域與頻域上的參數,以探討太極拳運動如何影響脈搏波,及這些參數與心血管系統生理變化的關係。 研究方法:本研究擷取對照組及太極拳組各三十名受測者的脈搏波及心電圖訊號做分析。測量前先休息十分鐘,做過基本資料紀錄後進行第一次測量。太極拳運動四十分鐘,結束後三十分鐘,進行第二次測量。我們以自行撰寫的分析軟體分析脈搏波的波形,定義並計算脈波諧波的參數。比較太極拳運動前後以及兩組之間心率變異度與脈波諧波參數的差異。 結果與討論:本次實驗的結論為太極拳運動之後與正常對照組右手食指動脈脈搏波諧波在 nPh1、nPh2 、nPh7 、nPh8參數上具有顯著的差異。至於太極拳運動前後脈搏波頻譜變化卻沒有差異。右手動脈脈搏波的頻譜分析的確可看出太極拳組和對照組是有不同,且打過太極拳後,右手動脈脈搏波的頻譜會有變化。此變化的臨床意義尚待進一步研究探索。 |
英文摘要 | AIM: There were more than one hundred million TCC practitioners in the world. TCC has many features such as no need to have special facility, equipment or instrument, can be practiced almost anytime and anywhere, low cost and low technology and minimal orthopedic complication. TCC is suitable for implementation in the community because of its value as a preventive medicine in the old persons. Only few evidence-based medicine of TCC are available. The purpose of the study was to look for the use of pulse wave analysis in TCC and the correlation between the spectral indices of pulse spectrum and cardiovascular physiology in TCC practitioners. METHOD: This study performed the power spectral analysis of arterial pulse wave and interbeat intervals taken from TCC group and control subjects through plethysmographic and ECG monitorby using the computer programme written with Mathcab software. The first recording was made after ten minutes’ rest and basic data recording, then TCC was exercised for forty minutes. The second recording was performed 30 minutes after the TCC practice. The power spectral measures of the arterial pulse wave were compared between TCC practitioners and controls, and between before and after TCC exercise. RESULTS & DISCUSSION: Before TCC and 30 min after TCC, the SDRR, CVRR, and nHFP were smaller, while the nVLFP and LHR were larger in the TCC group. Before TCC, the normalized power of the 1st harmonics of right pulse (nPh1) in TCC practitioners was greater, while the nPh4 of TCC practitioners were smaller, than those of the controls. After TCC, the nPh1and nPh2 were greater, while nPh7 and nPh8 were smaller, than those of the controls. The harmonics of right pulse were indeed different between TCC practitioners and controls both before and 30 min after TCC. TCC could change the pattern of pulse harmonics of TCC practitioners. |
