| 中文摘要 | 研究目的:本研究係使用國內自行研發的中醫醫療儀器,攜帶方便、操作簡單、可攜性、量測精確並可連續保存紀錄等特色,可應用於對民眾保健與居家照護及中醫臨床量測記錄,成為一套以中醫理論為基礎發展之中醫照護醫療器材。 研究方法:為能使本儀器在使用上更為簡便,新增加簡易之人機介面及指示燈導引設計,強化居家使用功能,本儀器結合 USB傳輸裝置在臨床連接電腦後可作為小型病患監視器。再者,複製儀器提供子計畫 (1)臨床之記錄使用,大量收集常人脈象,建置常人脈象資料庫。本研究提供一種以相關係數及模型解構為基礎的脈象常模分析方法,配合醫師指感的抽象描述,以快速又簡易的計算為特點,提供抽象指感與脈象訊號之比對與驗證。 結果與討論:器材之複製再現性約為 r=0.99,儀器間具有高度相關性。短時間量測(約 3至 5分鐘)其資料相關度為 r=0.985,可知本儀器及操作皆具有高度穩定性。採用夾式固定架其靈敏度較腕式壓脈袋高,且可降低使用者之不適感。脈波以 r>0.98為依據,歸納澀、弦、滑及複合脈四種波形輪廓,所得分類結果皆能符合醫師之指感描述,有助於後續建立龐大的資料庫,以及輔助脈診在教育訓練之參考用途。本案所得成果將與子計畫 (1)相互配合推廣,符合中醫醫療器材在居家照護與自我健康管理之目標。 |
| 英文摘要 | AIM: This is one of the projects in Taiwan to independently develop a medical instrument based on traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The instrument is easy to use, portable with the function of measurement. In addition, it can be used further in daily healthcare, home nursing, and clinical measurement to make a home nursing medical system based on the Chinese medicine. METHOD: For more easily using of instruments, we add a simple display on the instrument and design the indicator to promote the function of home using. This instrument could be a small patient monitor connecting a computer with the USB device in the clinical measurement function. We replicated the device to collect large amount of clinical data, and provide for another one of project in the clinical measurement building a pulse signal database of healthy person. This research propose a method that is based on correlation coefficient and modeling components to analyze normal distribution for pulse pattern of person with health state, and to coordinate with the abstract description of finger feeling by TCM doctors. It has a characterization with the simple and fast computation to help matching and validation between abstract finger feeling and quantized information of pulse pattern. RESULTS: In the experiment, we show a high correlation coefficient (r=0.99) and high stability (r=0.985) among our remanufactured instruments. The sensitivity of new designed sensor is higher than the past one of design, and it is possible to reduce the discomfort during measurement of procedure. According to the threshold (r > 0.98), we collect pulse pattern data and sort out several groups about four pulse pattern types, contains taut pulse, slippery pulse, unsmooth pulse , and composite pulse. In conclusion, we can match the description of pulse diagnose with TCM physicians, and it can also help to build the database in the future and can been employed an application on training program of pulse diagnosis on TCM education. Our result is respondent to the goal of daily healthcare and home nursing based on the Chinese medicine. |
