中文摘要 | 研究目的:本研究係使用國內自行研發的中醫醫療儀器,攜帶方便、操作簡單、可攜性、量測精確並可連續保存紀錄等特色,可進一步應用於對民眾保健與居家照護,成為一套以中醫理論為基礎發展之居家照護醫療器材。 研究方法:本研究持續發展已開發的可攜式脈診儀,包含優化雛型機、器材複製,進行大量的臨床脈象之量測等工作,收集 60人常人脈象資料,年齡分布在 18歲以上之男性或女性受試者,年齡分層以青年人(18~39歲)25例、中年人(40~59歲)25例、老年人(60歲以上)10例,完成常人脈象資料庫之收集,並設計分析用人機界面軟體,進行脈搏共振峰態之常模分析。本案所建置常人脈象資料庫將能應用於子計畫 (1),作為紅斑性狼瘡患者( SLE)試驗組脈象之對照參考,本器材亦可提供 SLE患者在日常居家中監測脈象變化。 結果與討論:脈診儀之優化工作,包括硬體電路、儲存裝置、時間管理等項目。器材之複製可行性具高度相關係數(r > 0.9);器材再現性測量,單一受測者連續三天相同時段之資料最大相關係數 (max r=0.97)。本研究試驗對象收集血壓正常之常人 (N=64,男女比 3:2),平均年齡 42歲,平均血壓 116/73 mmHg,平均心跳 73 bmp。採有效樣本 45人進行分析,結果發現共振輪廓之偏峰度與年齡層有關,隨年紀之增長,偏峰呈現由左至右偏之趨勢,共振輪廓峰態大約屬第 III型(31%)與第 IV型(56%),其生理意義將待下年度計畫持續進行探討。本案所得成果將與子計畫(1)相互配合,期能達成應用中醫醫療器材在居家照護與自我健康管理之目標。 |
英文摘要 | AIM: This is one of the projects in Taiwan to independently develop a medical instrument based on traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The instrument is easy to use, portable with the function of measurement. In addition, it can be used further in daily healthcare and home nursing to make a home nursing medical system based on the Chinese medicine. METHOD: The research continues to further develop the portable pulse-taking instrument, which has been developed in previous projects, including optimization of the prototypes, replication of devices and collection of large amount of clinical data, etc. For clinical data collection, pulse data of 60 healthy human subjects are collected. The subjects are male or female, whose age is 18 or above including 25 young adults (18~39 years old), 25 middle-age adults (40~59 years old) and 10 old-age adults (60 years old or above). Pulse data are measured, collected and stored in the database, which are applied to design analysis software and to make Norm Analysis of resonant peaks. Pulse database collected from the research can be applied in project (I) as a comparison between the health and the lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. Also, the lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients can use the instrument to investigate their pulse change at home. RESULTS & DISCUSSION: The prototype optimization of the pulse-measuring instrument is completed with hardware circuits, storage devices and time management. Its replication is optimized to reach a high correlation coefficient (r >0.97). Its reliability is studied. The data, which were collected at the same time for three days from a single human subject, shows a high correlation coefficient (max r=0.97). The subjects of this research are healthy human adults with normal blood pressures (N=64, male: female = 3:2). The average age of the subjects is 42. The average blood pressure is 117/73 mmHg. The average heartbeat is 73 bmp. 45 valid samples are analyzed and the results show that the age of a subject affect the shift of the resonant peak profile. The peak shifts from the left to the right when the age increases and the resonant peak profiles are found approximately to be Type III (31%) and Type IV (56%). In the next annual project, studies of physiological meanings of the data will continue. The ultimate goal of this research is to develop efficient medical instruments based on TCM, which can be applied widely in home nursing and individual health management. |
