中文摘要 | 本研究目的探討臺北市國小田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度。方法:以臺北市36所國小田徑選手進行立意抽樣調查,共發放540份問卷,刪除37份無效問卷,有效問卷503份,有效問卷回收率為93%。問卷內容以知覺教練領導行為量表及訓練滿意度量表進行施測,所得資料採用描述性統計、平均數分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森相關分析。結果:一、選手之知覺教練領導行為,「訓練與指導行為」感受程度最高,「民主行為」感受程度為最低。二、選手之訓練滿意度,「團隊內部氣氛」滿意程度最高,「成績表現」滿意程度最低。三、不同背景變項之性別、年級、每週訓練總次數與最佳成績在知覺教練領導行為達顯著差異;年級、每週訓練總次數在訓練滿意度達顯著差異。四、知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度呈現正相關。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose is to investigate perceived coach’s leadership behavior and training satisfaction for elementary school’s track and field athletes in Taipei. There are 36 elementary school’s track and field athletes in Taipei questioned for the survey, using purposive sampling investigation, according to survey data analysis. A total of 540 questionnaires were distributed and 503 valid questionnaires remained in the study after deleting 37 invalid cases. The response rate was 93%. Questionnaire including Perceived Coach’s Leadership Behavior Scale and Training Satisfaction Scale were tested. The methodology of analysis includes descriptive statistics, average analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. According to the results: 1. Athletes perceived coach’s leadership behavior, the training and instruction behavior of the high feeling, and the democratic behavior is low feeling. 2. Athletes training satisfaction, the team atmosphere of the high degree of satisfaction and the performance is low degree of satisfaction. 3. The perceived coach’s leadership behavior are significant different among gender, grade, the total number of team training for week, and performance; the training satisfaction is significant different among grade, the total number of team training for week. 4. Pearson's correlation showed the perceived coach’s leadership behavior and training satisfaction are positively correlated. |
