英文摘要 | In accordance with the Mass Rapid Transit Act and Regulations for Mass Rapid Transit System’s Land Development, the Taipei MRT Xinzhuang line’s Songjiang Nanjing Station Parcel M9 joint development project was built and operated by the private sector based on a 50-year superficies term. This paper consists of two parts: Part one introduces issues related to construction and operation, including implementation background, locations, investment conditions, development and operation, architectural design and planning, regional and urban environment; part two introduces suggestions for public-private cooperation in terms of superficies rights, including sale modes, superficies transfer mechanisms, rents and royalties enactment, financing channels, integrated MRT facilities, building renovation, value maintenance, and future prospects, together with a conclusion. |
