中文摘要 | 國軍在面臨人力精簡計畫的目標下,對於知識管理的需求非常急迫。Web 2.0是一個協同開放的時代,維基百科是其中的代表;該系統所揭露的知識協作及分享,對於國軍從事知識管理活動是一項極其參考價值的機制。而語意相關的研究則是Web 3.0時代重要的探索問題,故結合協作網絡及語意網路已是許多學者積極投入之方向。本研究目的即在整合社會網特性及語意網技術的發展,來建構以軍用飛機為核心的語意化維基系統。目前網際環境所提供的各式飛機知識,多為以半結構化文件為基礎的網頁型態,只提供給查詢者閱讀,缺乏機器可理解的語意表述及解釋。故本研究以語意網技術為基礎,同時以軍用飛機為範例,籌建其語意特性之軍用飛機維基系統雛型,該雛型可透過語意註解及搜尋來強化其運作。此外,本研究以案例情境為成果展現之模式,藉由數個簡單的情境來說明不同類型軍用飛機的語意特性。結果顯示透過語意網技術之執行,不僅可以擴大軍用飛機維基的結構和內容,同時也藉由語意平台的建構,方便軍事知識的溝通,進而提升知識管理運用之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the development of the knowledge economy and the goal of the downsizing project for military units, the demand for effective knowledge management (KM) is very important. Web 2.0 is an open and collaborative concept and Wikipedia is one of the representatives. Wikipedia is an extremely valuable platform and its management mechanism for the knowledge collaboration and sharing is helpful for KM activities in military units. The semantic web is an important issue to explore on the web 3.0. Therefore, many scholars have put attention to the integration of collaborative networks and semantic web.The purpose of this study is to integrate the characteristic of the social web with the technology of semantic web for building a prototype of Military Aircraft Semantic Wiki System (MASWS). In addition, case scenarios were employed in this study as an achievement presentation model. Numerous simple scenarios are used to explain the semantic characteristics of various military aircraft types. The results show that the implementation of Semantic Web technology is not only expands the Wiki-system structure and content for military aircraft, but also facilitates the communication of military knowledge by establishing a semantic platform, thereby enhancing the feasibility of knowledge management applications. |
