中文摘要 | 拔牙後齒槽嵴會產生不可避免的骨吸收,導致齒槽嵴寬度及高度減少,使得日後植牙時齒槽嵴條件不足、贋復時美觀問題。齒槽嵴保存術可減少齒槽嵴垂直及水平方向吸收,但無法完全避免齒槽嵴吸收。目前沒有研究顯示何種生物材料或手術步驟較為有效。本病例系列以冷凍乾燥同種異體移植骨與富含血小板的纖維蛋白進行齒槽嵴保存術,以簡化後續治療及提供足夠齒槽骨利於人工植體置入。 |
英文摘要 | The extraction of a tooth will inevitably cause alveolar bone loss as well as structural and compositional changes in the overlying soft tissue. The resorption of bone following extraction can have a negative influence on dental implant positioning and restorative dentistry. The application of socket preservation therapies have resulted in significantly less vertical and horizontal contraction of the alveolar bone crest. However, these approaches may not completely prevent the resorption of the alveolar ridge. Current studies are unable to provide clear guidelines regarding which types of biomaterials or surgical procedures are most effective. In this case series, we combined platelet-rich fibrin with a freeze-dried bone allograft in order to simplify the treatment procedure and allow sufficient bone for implantation to be retained. |
