中文摘要 | 自從 1976年設立迄今,國家運動訓練中心(以下簡稱國訓中心)在我國運動競技史上扮演著極為重要的角色,並肩負著培育優秀運動選手與提升運動競技成績之重責大任。惟因時空環境變遷與國家體育運動政策之革新,國訓中心之功能與定位亦須隨之調整。2015年1月5日,國訓中心正式實施行政法人化,為因應此營運上之重大變革,中心之行銷功能應有更為全面且策略性的規劃。本文經檢視國訓中心既有行銷策略,並參酌美國奧運訓練中心之營運模式,搭配國訓中心所在地左營地區之周邊環境與在地特色,以「規劃旅遊導覽」、「強化網站功能」、「整合會員資料庫」、「提供場地租借」、「辦理活化活動」五大主軸,建構提出國訓中心整合行銷策略概念,謹供中心行銷單位未來規劃調整行銷策略之參考。作者並建議中心未來仍應以運動競技訓練為基石,惟在管理上則可更善加利用中心獨特且固有的運動資產積極對外行銷,藉以提升組織行銷效能與中心之整體營運績效。 |
英文摘要 | Since its inception in 1976, the National Sports Training Center (NSTC) continues to play a pivotal role in the history of competitive sports and shoulders the great responsibility of nurturing outstanding athletes and raising sports competitiveness of the country. However, the passage of time and the revolutionary progress of the country’s sport policies render it necessary to adjust NSTC’s function and role. On 5th January 2015, the NSTC is officially an administrative institution, and in light of such a dramatic change, the marketing function of the NSTC requires a more thorough and strategic re-planning. This article examines NSTC’s current marketing strategies, reviews operation model of the US Olympic Training Centers, and formulates an integrated marketing strategic concept (five themes) based on peripheral surroundings and local features of Zuoying, the locale where the NSTC is situated. The five main themes are: Planning tour guide; Strengthening function of the website; Integrating members’ database; Providing venue for lease; and Organizing activating activities. The themes serve as valuable reference for NTSC’s marketing unit in planning future marketing strategies. The author suggests that the NSTC should still focus on the training of competitive sports, only that the management can better fully utilize the Center’s unique sports assets in its marketing campaigns that can enhance the NSTC’s overall marketing efficacy and operational effectiveness. |
