中文摘要 | 本實驗目的為探討利用水解魚蛋白與雞肉粉或全脂大豆粉取代飼料中之魚粉蛋白質含量對點帶石斑(Epinephelus coioides)成長之影響。實驗飼料以10%及20%的水解魚蛋白分別與雞肉粉或全脂大豆粉混合來取代50%的魚粉蛋白,並配製成等蛋白(45%)及等油脂(12%)。實驗魚體平均初重為14.35 ± 0.01g,實驗進行六週,每日投餵三次,投餵至飽食。實驗結果在體增重與特定成長率(SGR)中,以10%水解魚蛋白與雞肉粉混合之處理組與控制組無顯著差異;但顯著高於其他處理組。在體組成中投餵含有水解魚蛋白之飼料有較高的體蛋白,但有較低的水分、灰分及體脂質。初步發現,飼料中以10%水解魚蛋白與雞肉粉混合可以取代50%魚粉蛋白而不影響點帶石斑的成長。 |
英文摘要 | A feeding trial was conducted to examine the effect of replacing fish meal by fish silage combined with poultry by-product meal (PBM) or full-fat soybean meal (SBM) on the growth performance of orangespotted grouper Epinephelus coioides. Five isonitrogenous (45%) and isolipidic (12%) diets were formulated, where diet A was a fish meal based diet as a control, and diets B to E were prepared by replacing 50% fish meal with 10 or 20% dietary fish silage combined with poultry by-product meal or fullfat soybean meal. Each diet was fed three times a day until satiation to triplicate groups of 14.35 ± 0.01 g orange-spotted grouper. After six weeks feeding trial, the growth performances of fish fed diets containing 10 or 20% fish silage combined with poultry by-product meal or 20% fish silage combined with 10% fullfat soybean meal were not significantly different from those of fish fed control diet. However, the highest growth performance was observed for the fish fed diet containing 10% fish silage combined with 20% PBM in the present study and fish silage combined with PBM could replace 50% fish meal in the diet without negative effect on growth performance of E. coioides. Compared to orange-spotted grouper fed the control diet, muscle proximate composition of fish fed diets containing fish silage had lower moisture, ash and crude lipid contents, and higher crude protein content. |
