中文摘要 | 碳/碳複合材料或高性能石墨材料由於優秀的機械或熱性質等,被廣泛地應用在國防、航太及煉鋼/鋁等領域。在其製作過程中,需要高品質的黏結劑來將基材與填充材緊密的結合,成型後的複合材料才能發揮最大的性能。本研究使用中油公司自己由重質油精製而成的黏結劑,針對其熱性質與相關性能參數來評估其品質。從驗證結果與比較顯出,中油已可穩定生產出具有優秀品質的高階黏結劑,用來開發高緻密石墨等石墨材料,具有相當的商業應用價值。 |
英文摘要 | High performance C/C composites are widely used in the fields of steelmaking, defense and aerospace industries due to their high mechanical properties. Binders are crucial to the process in making C/C composites since the matrix and fillers need to combine entirely. A good binder should have high coking value or carbon yield, high β resin and good thermal stability. In this study, we applied thermal analysis (DSC/TGA) on our samples which show better thermal stability than COPNA resins' one. Also our samples exhibit great binding ability via the empirical relationship. These promising characteristics make our binders competitive products in the market. |
