| 中文摘要 | 現今,植牙對於缺牙患者而言,是一個長期且可信賴的治療選擇。然而上顎後牙區植牙,受限於拔牙後齒槽骨快速吸收、骨質密度較低及上顎解剖構造……等因素,此區域植牙有許多挑戰。缺少足夠骨嵴高度以提供植體第一級穩定度(primary stability)是植牙的非適應症。當上顎後牙區骨嵴高度不足,必須藉由施行上顎竇增高術,以達到足夠骨高度進行植牙。因此,本文獻回顧整理近代上顎竇相關解剖構造文獻,包括:上顎竇分隔、容積、黏膜及血管分布,以幫助瞭解上顎竇相關解剖構造,增加手術成功率並避免併發症產生。 |
| 英文摘要 | For edentulous patients, an oral implant is the optimal treatment choice as it provides a longterm and reliable result. However, there are many challenges when carrying out such implants due to limitations related to the maxillary anatomical structure. These include a low bone density, the presence of bone resorption after extraction, the structure of the maxillary sinus and others. When ridge bone height is insufficient after resorption, this is a contra-indication for primary stability after implant placement has taken place. In order to cope with this problem, maxillary sinus lift is one of the treatment options that allows enough ridge bone height for implant to be obtained. In order to reduce surgical complications and obtain a better implant treatment outcome, it is necessary to understand the anatomy of the maxillary sinus and its variations, including its septa, volume, vascular pathways, the Schneiderian membrane, etc. |
