中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師實施同儕視導之現況、成效與困境,以自編之「基隆市國小教師實施同儕視導之調查問卷」為研究工具,採問卷調查法,有效問卷共407份;另輔以半結構式訪談法,以補充內容之不足。根據統計分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論:一、基隆市國小教師同儕視導理想需求達中等程度,但實際實施程度普遍不理想,顯示同儕視導理想需求與實際實施程度的差距,達顯著水準。二、基隆市國小教師填答認為實施同儕視導所具成效,百分比最高項目是「實施同儕視導可協助教師自我分析教學行為」。三、基隆市國小教師填答認為實施同儕視導所遇之困境,百分比最高項目是「工作量負荷量過重,無法抽出時間進行同儕視導」(84.5%),顯示教師認為課務繁忙,工作負荷量重,無法抽出共同時間進行同儕視導。四、基隆市國小教師針對實施同儕視導所提出之改進與建議,填答百分比最高項目是「減輕教師工作量的負荷,使教師有時間進行同儕視導」(85.1%),顯示八成以上的教師建議減輕教師工作量的負荷,以利於教師進行同儕視導。最後,根據研究結果,研提國小教師同儕視導具體的建議,以供教育行政機關、學校單位、國小教師及後續相關研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to study the current situations of the implementation of peer supervision of elementary school teachers in Keelung city, Taiwan. The research method was to use self-developed questionnaire survey and a semi-structure-interview. The samples consisted of 407 teachers. The major findings were presented in the following: 1. The demand of ”peer-supervision” among elementary school teachers in Keelung city just reached the average, yet the actual practice taking into class by elementary school teachers in Keelung was far under expectation. It indicated that there was a big gap between the ideal level of frequency of peer-supervision in demand and the actual numbers of this method taken.2. The top 1 advantage of the implementation of peer supervision was it helped teachers in self-analyzing teaching behaviors.3. The top 1 difficultie of the implementation of peer supervision (84.5%) was the load of academic work was too over-weighted to implement peer supervision.4. The top 1 available advice of the implementation of peer supervision (85.1%) was to lessen load academic works to help teachers take time to proceed the ‟peer-supervision” plan. Based on this research results above, some suggestions were offered for educational organizations, school administrations, and teachers as references in future. |
