| 中文摘要 | 高麗芝(Zoysia tenuifolia Willd.)與馬尼拉芝(Zoysia matrella (L.) Merr.),因管理頻度需求較低,草坪品質佳,為台灣常用之居家草坪草種。本試驗利用此二草種草塊繁殖,分別以全日照(CK)、55%、67%和78%不同黑色遮蔭網下進行測試,以了解遮蔭下對此二草種繁殖初期之生長與品質之影響。在78%遮蔭處理後8天高麗芝的覆蓋率、均一性、與密度即顯著下降,而55%和67%遮蔭處理則在處理22天後呈顯著下降。55%及67%遮蔭處理22天後株高均顯著上升,但處理8天即可見葉長增加;馬尼拉芝78%遮蔭處理8天,覆蓋率、均一性均下降,22天後,55%遮蔭處理的覆蓋率和均一性均顯著下降;各遮蔭處理的株高均在遮蔭後8 天下降,22天後顯著上升。78%遮蔭處理之葉長亦呈此趨勢。相對於CK,在不同遮光程度下,高麗芝的草色下降4.4-15.1%,均一性減少9.3-21.7%,密度降低19.3-39.3%;馬尼拉芝的草色下降5.7-7.5%,均一性減少4.0-10.3%,密度下降17.9-32.5%。高麗芝株高、葉長分別增加55.7-189.5%和84.5-158.6%;馬尼拉芝株高和葉長分別增加88.4-141.1%和91.2-126.0%。在植物色素含量變化上,各處理間的花青素、葉綠素及類胡蘿蔔素含量隨遮蔭程度增加而增加,以78%遮蔭處理60天後升高最為明顯。高麗芝各處理間的割刈鮮重、氮濃度、可溶性糖及澱粉含量亦以78%遮蔭處理變化最為明顯,割刈鮮重減少,氮濃度上升,可溶性糖與澱粉含量則分別下降;馬尼拉芝各處理間亦有相同趨勢,但處理間無明顯差異。高麗芝與馬尼拉芝的草坪覆蓋率從繁殖初期至末期均顯著較CK差,分別下降19.9-39.0%和14.3-33.5%,且隨著遮蔭程度增加,其繁殖建立速度顯著受到抑制。整體而言,馬尼拉芝較具耐蔭性,67%遮蔭下建立與生長品質仍屬可接受範圍。 |
| 英文摘要 | Mascarenegrass (Z. tenuiflia) and manilagrass (Z. matrella) are two most commonly used Zoysiagrass species in Taiwan because of their low management requirements and high turf quality. The experiment tested these two grasses under different shading treatments [0% (CK), 55%, 67% and 78%] during propagating period to investigate the growth and turf quality responses. After 8 days of treatment, the coverage rate, uniformity and density of mascarenegrass were significantly reduced by 78% shading. The reduction due to 55% and 67% shading showed after 22 days, but plant height was significantly increased. The leaf length showed significant increased after 8 days of treatment. Also, the coverage rate and uniformity on manilagrass under 78% shading were significantly reduced 8 days after treatment. After 22 days, the coverage rate, uniformity and density significant reduction showed on 55% shading. The plant height on all three shading treatments were significantly reduced after 8 days, but then it was significantly increased after 22 days. The leaf length were reduced on 78% after 8 days, however, was increased after 22 days. Compare to the CK, the reduction due to shading on mascarenegrass during propagation were: color 4.37-15.14%, uniformity 9.31-21.67%, density 19.31-39.27%, respectively. The manilagrass showed reduced turf color 5.65-7.49%, uniformity 3.95-10.27% and density 17.89-32.53%, respectively. Plant height and leaf length were significantly increased by 55.65-189.52% and 84.46-125.98% for mascarenegrass and the manilagrass showed significantly increased by 88.36-141.10% and 91.18-125.98%. After 60 days, the anthocyanin, chlorophyll and caroteniod contents of two zoysiagrasses were significantly increased under 78% shading. The content of plant pigments were increased with the increased shading levels. The fresh weight, nitrogen, soluble sugar and starch concentration of mascarenegrass were significantly affected by 78% shading. The fresh weight, soluble sugar and starch content reduced but nitrogen concentration increased. The physiological responses of manilagrass were indistinctively, but similar patent as mascarenegrass can be found. The rate of turf growth was significantly restrained with compare to CK from propagation to establishment for both mascarenegrass and manilagrass with the increased shading levels. They were reduced 19.92-38.98% and 14.33-33.46%, respectively. Manilagrass showed more tolerance to shading treatment. The establishment rate and turf quality was acceptable under 67% shading treatment. |
