| 中文摘要 | 過去不少國內外研究發現靜坐對於降低壓力、提升專注力、改善身心狀況有顯著的效果,本研究旨在探究在幼托整合後,佛教禪坐對幼兒園教師是否有所助益。共有55位幼兒園教師被選為實驗對象。每位受試者接受為期3個月,每星期一天每次一個半小時的禪坐課程訓練,內容大致環繞在四念處、空性的講解上,之後再進行50分鐘的靜坐,結束靜坐後,師父會再根據自己的經驗與觀察教師們禪坐的情形,提供改進建議。為了測試受試者是否會因為接受禪坐課程而有所改變,本研究援引生命意義量表、健康量表、工作壓力與教學績效量表來衡量受試者在參與課程前、後的看法。結果發現:1.佛教禪坐確實有助於提升受訪教師擁有較正面的生命與人生觀2.佛教禪坐確實有助於提升受訪教師擁有較好的身心狀況3.短期佛教禪坐課程能微幅降低教師對工作壓力的戚受4.短期佛教禪坐能微幅提升教師教學績效5.人口背景在禪坐後整體生命意義的戚受上有差異存在6.人口背景在禪坐後整體健康狀況的廠受上有差異存在7.人口背景在禪坐後整體工作壓力的戚受上有差異存在8.人口背景在禪坐後整體教學績效的表現上有差異存在. |
| 英文摘要 | Many studies claimed meditation can reduce stress, enhancing mental focus and strong the body and mind. This study also wants to know whether meditation can release kindergartens teachers' stress after the policy of integrating kindergartens and nursery schools implemented. 55 teachers are chosen for experimental participants and join 3 moths meditation training class. There is only one class in a week and each class needs 90 minutes to train. The class content contains master teaching (explains four applications of mindfulness, emptiness), jogging, dharma explanation and experience sharing. The main study issue is to investigate whether participants will change their thought after meditation training. This study adopts life meaning scale, health scale, job stress scale and teaching performance scale to exam participants ' feel in order to understand whether meditation can release their stress. The results show below. Meditation can raise positive life and philosophy of participants. a) Meditation can help participants keep better mental state. b) Meditation can release the feel of job stress of participants. c) Meditation can raise the teaching performance slightly of participants. d) Participants feel better on life meaning scale after meditation training. e) Participants feel better on health scale after meditation training. f) Participants feel better on job stress scale after meditation training. g) Participants feel better on teaching performance scale after meditation training. |
