中文摘要 | 教職人員維持教學熱忱與服務精神來達成工作績效固然重要;然而工作之餘,除擁有正面之休閒態度外,透過休閒參與調劑生活以達身心靈的調和,且其對個體工作活力及工作績效之影響,亦有探究之必要性。據此,本研究旨在探討私立大學教職人員休閒態度、休閒參與、工作活力與工作績效之關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以雲林、嘉地區等五所私立技職校院,共計發出問卷320份,有效回收問卷264份,其有效問卷回收率為82.5%。將其所得資料分別以Pearson績差相關及層級迴歸進行資料分析。結果發現:1.教職人員休閒態度之休閒認知、情感透過靜態休閒參與,促進工作效能。2.教職人員工作活力之身體強健程度較高者,提升工作品質、工作效能。3.教職人員工作活力之情緒能量較低時,將阻礙參與靜態休閒參與對工作品質的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Maintaining the teaching enthusiasm and spirit of service to achieve the work performance is accurately important for faculty members. After work, however, if faculty have the positive leisure attitude, it may make life pleasant for body and soul to be reconciled and to boost work performance through leisure participation. Moreover, it is essential to faculty members to understand the relationship and effects among leisure attitude, work vigor, leisure participation and work performance. Hence, this study namely aimed at exploring the relationship among leisure attitude, leisure participation, work vigor, work performance for faculty at private universities. Meanwhile, utilizing the questionnaire survey could be as the means of data collection in Yunlin, Chiayi area of five private Higher Technology and Vocational Education schools, a total of 320 questionnaires were returned, but 264 valid questionnaires, and valid response rate was 82.5%. The data was analyzed by Pearson's product-moment correlation and hierarchical regression. The findings are cited as follows: 1) Leisure cognition and emotion, in leisure attitude construct, can enhance work perofrmance through passive leisure participation. 2) High work physical strength, in work vigor construct, can improve the work quality and efficiency. 3) When faculty's emotional energy get lower, it may hinder the participation of passive recreation activities and influence the work quality. |
