中文摘要 | 在現代化發展的過程中,社會價值觀產生多樣化的衝突,品格教育在國際上引起教育界的重視,成為重要的教育思潮。本研究以曾獲頒教育部品德教育績優學校、桃園縣「品格特色學校」、「品格 100,品格實踐學校」的大崙國民小學為研究對象,透過個案研究,深入了解其發展品格教育的歷程,藉以歸納出品格教育實施的重點及發展因素。結果顯示:(1)品格教育的實施必須秉持一個行動研究動態循環的精神;(2)品格教育的發展面向必須著眼於全方位的考量,包括人員參與全面化、課程教學多元化及品格實踐生活化;(3)品格教育的落實必須奠基於課程,透過有層次的課程學習與生活體驗,激發學生持續實踐的行動力,使美意善行的好品格,從生活習慣變成人生的態度。 |
英文摘要 | In the modernization process, various conflicts of social values may occur. Therefore, character education has drawn much attention from researchers in the education area and become an important trend in education. In this paper, the research subject is Da-Lun Elementary School, which has been awarded Excellence in Character Education by Ministry of Education and certified as “School with Character as a Feature” and “Character 100, Character Education Implementation School” by Taoyuan County Government. Based on the case research method, this paper investigates how character education has been developed in this school to further induce focuses and factors of implementation of character education. The Results show : a) character education must be implemented with a dynamic circle of action research; b)comprehensiveness should be considered in the development of character education, including full participation of all staff, diversity of education, and realization of character education in life; c) character education should be based on curriculums and offered through stratified curriculums and life experiences which can motivate students continuously put character education into practice and turn having good will and deeds from a habit of life into an attitude of life. |
