中文摘要 | 本研究以環保實踐為主軸的策略管理思維應用在素食產業的前瞻規劃。透過層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)建立一個概念性架構並提供特定管理假說的檢測。這個環保實踐的概念架構包括目標層、要素層與策略層,將環保管理創新思考聚焦在身體、心體與靈體的全方位實踐。實證結果顯示特定個案群體對身心靈全方位的環保目標具有邁向高度的認同程度。認同信念以民以食為天與簡單自然烹飪原則為主導。要素權重以身體與靈體為優先等級。策略評選排序以天然食材、無毒商品、新鮮為優先。本研究在方法論上提出代表群體與決策穩健的管理應用,擴大AHP方法的管理應用價值。 |
英文摘要 | This study focuses on green management with strategic foresight planning for vegetarian industry, especially on a nature mart. A hierarchical conceptual structure was provided as theoretical basis to do the foresight planning. The methodology AHP are used to match this hierarchical conceptual framework. This final goal of sustainability management is a comprehensive concept integrated with physical, emotional and spiritual parts. The results show that high agreement about final goal which two beliefs are high agreement above the average level. Physical and spiritual parts are two crucial factors. Top three strategies are nature, no-toxic and fresh. AHP method also be extended to make new application for management decision on representative group and decision robustness. |
