中文摘要 | 研究目的:在忙碌緊湊與快速變遷的社會環境下,睡眠品質與職場疲勞,不僅是現代人普遍困擾,亦是影響健康之重要因子。靈氣為能量療法,運用生物能量場觀念,協助病患戰勝疾病,療癒身心。本研究欲探討靈氣介入職場,可否有效改善員工睡眠品質與職場疲勞,並提升對自身健康的良好知覺。另外,加入音樂療法進行比較。 研究方法:本研究採用類實驗法,樣本來自中部某服務業公司,將33位員工隨機分派至靈氣組,音樂組及控制組各11人,進行每週一次45分鐘之靈氣與音樂介入活動,並施以問卷調查,包括匹 茲堡睡眠品質量表、中文版職場疲勞量表及SF-36台灣版自覺健康量表。 研究結果:經由八週介入活動後,以無母數卡方檢定、Kruskal-Wallis檢定及Wilcoxon符號等級檢定,檢定靈氣組、音樂組及控制組在睡眠品質、職場疲勞與自覺健康情形的改變。研究發現,經 由靈氣的介入,員工職場疲勞及自覺健康狀況達到顯著改善效果,且改善幅度優於音樂組與控制組,然而睡眠品質較無明顯成效。 結論:最後提出若干研究建議,提供公司經營者、職業醫療單位與學術研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: Under busy and fast-changing social environment, workplace stress and sleep quality, not only the modern universal distress but also an important factor affecting health. Reiki is an energy therapy, apply using bio-energy field concept, and help patients fight disease, healing body and mind. This research was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of “reiki and music” intervention in workplace, to decrease staff burnout, increase sleep quality and perceived health status, and enhance the good perception of their own health. In addition, adding music therapy for comparison. Methods: A quasi.experimental design was used and purposive sampling method. Samples were taken from a. Thirty-three participants were recruited from a service industry in central Taiwan and assigned randomly to reiki, music and control group (each group n=11). Participants in the reiki and music group received reiki and music intervention activities 45 minutes once a week, respectively. Every time one hour once a week, totally eight weeks, while the control group do the regular activities. Data were collected by questionnaires including: “demographic data”, “Copenhagen Burnout Inventory Chinese version”, “The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index” and “Short Form 36 Taiwan version scale. Results: After eight weeks intervention activities, workplace burnout, sleep quality and perceiver health status were tested by chi-square test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Wilcoxon Sign-Rank Test for nonparametric method. Result indicated that through reiki intervention, workplace burnout and perceiver health status have significant improvement, while less obvious effect of sleep quality, and the degree of improvement, reiki group is better than music group and control group. Conclusions: Finally, put forward some suggestions for organization managers, human resources, occupational health unit and academic research. |
