中文摘要 | QR (Quick Response) Code是二維條碼的一種,相較於傳統的一維或二維條碼,它能儲存更多的資料,所需要的黏貼面積也比傳統條碼小,在讀取時也不用像傳統條碼需要直線對齊。自從日本的電信業者開始將QR Code讀取的APP(應用程式)加入智慧型手機後,QRCode更廣泛地被應用在許多領域如行動商務、行銷、教育、生產管理。本文主要在探討將QR Code在旅遊相關產業上的應用。先是分析行動裝置與旅遊相關產業近年來的發展趨勢,為QR Code後續應用在旅遊相關產業做鋪陳,再來則是從文獻中整理國內外將QR Code使用在觀光旅遊上的實例,最後則是將這些應用實例分析,並做出對旅遊相關產業未來在使用QR Code時的建議與參考。 |
英文摘要 | QR Code is a sort of 2D barcodes; it carries much more data than traditional barcodes with encoding the same amount of data as well as a smaller printout size. Another advantage is that QR Code is capable of 360 degree reading. Since the Japanese telecommunications operator, NTT DoCoMo, installed the application of QR Code Reader on smartphone, it is widely used in the fields of mobile commerce, marketing, education and production management. The aim of this project is initially to discuss the development trends of mobile devices and tourism, and then the worldwide practical applications of QR Code for tourism related fields are discussed. Finally, summarize these practical applications as a suggestion and reference for the tourism related business to make use of QR code in the future. |
