中文摘要 | 從事CNC車床機械加工業者,對於加工製品的主要考量為成本與品質兼顧,然而要達到此目標,操作者本身在機械加工技能上要有一定的認知水準。本研究主旨在於探討CNC技術士技能檢定學習能力指標,以作為製造業培育機械加工人才之參考依據。本研究首先進行內容分析,瞭解其技能內涵,以內容分析之結果擬定訪談大鋼,再進行半結構式訪談後,將訪談分析結果,作為技能內涵層級結構問卷編制參考重要依據。其次,發展「技能內涵層級結構權重分析問卷」,針對國家技術士技能檢定考試,CNC車床乙級職類通過者,進行問卷調查,以獲得各層級內涵項目的相對權重。本研究獲致以下結論:CNC車床乙級技術士技能檢定學習指標六大內涵中,以「程式製作」最為重要,且以「夾持技巧」為最不重要。學習指標之「工件度量」中,以「度量螺紋」工作最為重要。學習指標之「控制器操作」中,以「人工按鍵輸入程式之操作」工作最為重要。學習指標之「夾持技巧」中,以「修整軟爪」工作最為重要。學習指標之「刀具選用」中,以「認識刀具用法」工作最為重要。學習指標之「程式製作」中,以「規劃加工程序」工作最為重要。學習指標之「車削判斷」中,以「判斷切削深度」工作最為重要。 |
英文摘要 | The CNC lathe machining operators are always trying to balance between finished goods costs and quality which mandates a certain level of machining techniques. This study is aimed at the learning capacity indicator of the CNC technician skill test as the basis for the manufacturing industry in fostering machining talents. This study begins with an operation analysis for required skills identification. The outcome of the analysis is then used to set up an interview guideline for semi-structural interviewing for designing a structural questionnaire for skill requirements identification. A "Structural and Weighted Analysis Questionnaire for Skill Requirements" is then designed to get the weights of individual levels of skills from those qualified with the CNC lathe grade B function skill test of national technicians. The findings are: The "Programming" indicator tops the ranking in terms of importance and "Fixing skill" ranks at the bottom. Among the "Workpiece measurement" indicators the "Thread measuring" is placed at the top while the "Manual keying program codes" outstands in the "Controller operation" category. With "Fixing technique" learning indicators, the "Soft claw adjusting" skill is the most important, the "Knowledge of the use of tools" is the most important skill among "Tool selection" skills, the "Planning the machining steps" is the most important skill among "Programming" skills, and the "Judging cutting depth" is the most important skill among "Lathing determination" skills. |
