中文摘要 | 本研究以杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata var. lanceolata)、柳杉(Cryptomeria japonica)以及大葉桃花心木(Swietenia macrophylla)三種人工林國產木材為研究對象,探討以170℃、190℃、210℃及230℃四種處理溫度,分別進行維持1、2、4及8h的木材熱處理後之木材基本物理性質的變化。結果顯示,木材熱處理後的質量與密度損失以230℃處理8h最嚴重,高達約20%;木材經熱處理後體積會收縮約5%-10%。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to evaluate effects of heat treatment on the fundamental physical properties of wood specimens. Three plantation wood species include China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata), Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) and bigleaf mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) were used in this study. Heat treatments were carried out at temperature levels of 170℃, 190℃, 210℃ and 230℃ for time spans of 1 h, 2 h, 4 h and 8 h in a heating unit. The results showed that maximum reduction values of near 20% were found for mass and desity of wood samples treated at 230℃ for 8 h. There was a decrease of 5%-10% in wood volume after heat treatment. |
