中文摘要 | 本研究目的在應用不同非破壞性技術檢測及評估舊木造桁架木構件劣化狀況,並將不同非破壞性技術區分為三階段診斷,除透過傳統主觀經驗的目視法與打擊法進行評價外(第一階段診斷),更利用含水率計法及超音波法(第二階段診斷)以及應用鑽孔抵抗法及微破壞儀法(第三階段診斷)建立科學化數據,進行所有舊木造桁架木構件透過個別的非破壞性技術檢測加以過濾,透過縱向與橫向超音波速度、橫向鑽孔抵抗值、縱向抗壓強度等相關分析,最後彙整評估木構件材質之強度,以究明木構件的損壞及劣化程度。本研究亦利用超音波速度與縱向抗壓強度之關係,進行抗彎強度之預測,以提供建築師進行既(舊)有木構件再利用之設計依據。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to explore the deterioration and damage of wooden structural members of old truss by using different nondestructive techniques. There were three diagnoses and processes based on different nondestructive methods. The first diagnosis was examined by visual and hitting methods, the second diagnosis was detected by moisture content instrument and Sylvatest ultrasonic wave methods, and the third diagnosis was conducted by drilling resistance and Fractometer methods. The parameters of nondestructive evaluation included wood moisture content, transversal ultrasonic wave velocity, longitudinal ultrasonic wave velocity, transversal drilling resistance value, longitudinal compressive strength for understanding the deterioration and damage in wooden structural members of old truss. The modulus of rupture was predicted by the relationship between longitudinal compressive strength and the ultrasonic wave velocity. The predicted modulus of rupture (bending strength) might be used as a guideline for the structural safe design in the reuse of old wooden structural components. |
