中文摘要 | 本研究以國產麻竹為材料,鋸製成厚度6 mm、寬度2.5 cm、長度3 cm與16 cm 之試片,將試片置於105±2°C之烘箱絕乾後,於不同溫度160、180、200與220°C,不同持溫時間1、2、4、8與12h熱處理後進行質量損失率、尺寸減少率、色差、吸水膨脹率、抗彎強度與抗白蟻性等試驗。由試驗結果得知熱處理竹材之顏色隨處理溫度之增高與處理時間之增長而明顯加深,其色差亦隨之增大,熱處理竹材之質量損失率與尺寸減少率隨處理溫度增高與處理時間增長而增加,吸水膨脹率受熱處理溫度增高與處理時間增長而降低,抗膨脹效能亦隨處理溫度之增高與處理時間之增長而明顯增大。熱處理竹材之抗彎強度(MOR)受處理溫度增高與處理時間增長而明顯降低,抗彎彈性模數(MOE)受處理溫度與處理時間之影響不明顯,抗白蟻性隨熱處理溫度之增高而獲得改善。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, Ma bamboo specimens cut into 6 mm thick, 2.5 cm wide, and 3 cm and 16 cm long were used for heat treatment at different temperatures (160, 180, 200 and 220°C) and different time durations (1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 h) after oven drying at 105±2°C. The weight loss, dimensional stability, color change, swelling, bending strength and termite-resistance of the specimens were also tested. The weight loss and dimensional change of heat-treated bamboo tended to increase with increasing temperature and time. The color of the heat-treated bamboo became black with increasing temperature and time. The swelling of heat-treated bamboo decreased with treatment temperature and time. The MOR of heat-treated bamboo decreased significantly with increasing temperature and time, however, the MOE values were almost unaffected by the treatment temperature and time. The termite-resistance properties were improved by increasing treatment temperature. |
