中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討「團體諮商策略」對增進偷竊兒童自我概念與自我控制的立即性及追蹤輔導效果,並根據研究結果,提出具體建議,以作為學校輔導工作的參考。 本研究採等組前後測實驗設計,以五、六年級級任老師推介之偷竊兒童為研究對象,共十四名,並隨機分派至實驗組與控制組。實驗?接受每週二次,每次六十分鐘,共十四次的團體諮商課程,控制組則為等待處理。 本研究以「兒童自我態度問卷」及「兒童自我控制量表」分別於實驗處理前,實驗處理結束及結束後二週,測量各受試者在各依變項的表現情形。所得資料以單因子共變數統計進行處理分析,並以單元回饋單、總回饋單、團體觀察紀錄表及訪談結果補充量化資料的不足,並作為研究結果的佐證。研究結果顯示: 一、「團體諮商課程」對國小偷竊兒童增進「對自己能力與成就的態度」具有立即性輔導效果,但對其他自我概念方面的依變項均不具立即性輔導效果。 二、「團體諮商課程」對國小偷竊兒童增進「對自己身體特質的態度」具有追蹤輔導效果,但在對其他自我概念方面的依變項均不具追蹤輔導效果。 三、「團體諮商課程」對國小偷竊兒童增進「非衝動性」具有立即性輔導效果,但在其他自我控制方面的依變項均不具立即性輔導效果。 四、「團體諮商課程」對國小偷竊兒童增進自我控制方面的依變項均不具追蹤輔導效果。 五、 由成員的回饋、在團體歷程中的表現及訪談則發現「團體諮商課程」對國小偷竊兒童提昇自我概念與自我控制具有正面的影響。 最後,研究者根據研究結果加以討論,並對學校輔導工作及未來研究提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the research are to develop a "Group Counseling Program", and to explore its effects on the self-concept and self-control of the stealing children. Fourteen subjects with stealing experience reported by their homeroom teachers were chosen from the fifth of sixth grade in Sheng-li Primary School in Tainan. The children were divided into 2 groups at random: an experimental group and a waiting-list group. The children in the experimental group participated in 14-session of group counseling program, with 60 minutes per session and two session in a week. Subjects were tested on "Children Self Concept Scale" and "Children Self Control Scale" before, right after and 2 weeks after the program. The data were dealt with by the analysis of covariance. The result of the feedback sheets and interviews were used as the proof of the research results. The results show that: 1. The Group Counseling Program has immediate effect on "Attitudes toward Competence and Achievement", and a follow-up effect on "Attitudes toward Physical Appearance". However, it didn't show any effect on the other dependent variables of self-concept. 2. The Group Counseling Program has immediate effect on "non-impulsive" of the stealing children, but no effect on the other dependent variables of self-control. 3. From the subjects' feedback, performance and interviews, we found that the Group Counseling Program has positive effect on the self-concept and self-control of the stealing children. At last, suggestions for school counseling and future research are discussed. |
